Alliance Maintenance Inc. is a locally owned and operated janitorial company that is looking for people who want to excite customers by creating a clean, orderly place to work! The primary job responsibility will be to complete detail cleaning projects and help manage a janitorial crew across multiple sites.The ideal candidate should posses a blue-collar attitude and be willing to get their hands dirty in the event they are on site. This position is a management role and some leadership experience is preferred. Our part-time account managers typically start out at $13.50/hr and are guaranteed to get a raise in the first 6 months of work! Bonuses and incentives are typically earned by our account managers. 

Responsibilities

• Complete detail cleaning projects
• Lead/train new employees
• Fill-in for employees who call-in
• Complete carpet cleanings
• Complete strip and wax projects 
• Set the example for cleaning standards company-wide
• Work directly with the Operations Manager on E&S budget, customer service initiatives, and making sure tickets/inspections are resolved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience in cleaning preferred
• Experience leading a team preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be legal to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Must have reliable cell phone
• Must be comfortable with security/alarm systems and ensuring the building is secure before departure
• No Felonies
