We are looking for hardworking leaders to fill open positions for a Cleaning Night Leader in the Oklahoma City metro area. Our Night Leaders typically earn between $16 - $19 per hour.
Our Night Leaders are also paid for their driving time. You get a 2 hour minimum each time you leave your house!

We are looking for people that want to excite customers by creating a clean and orderly place to work.

We believe that a team leader leads by example. CLEANS while supervising an employee or a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of our organization. Team leaders train, motivate, and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
Their main mission will be to support Operations by filling in, training, and providing detailed support for OKC Market Accounts.

Shift:
Start time: 5:30 pm
End time: Approximately 9:00 pm
(some shifts may vary)

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team of people.
• Must own a cell phone and must own reliable vehicle.
• Reliable/High Character
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Must be willing to wash microfiber towels
• Ability to get people excited about cleaning!
• Cleaning experience desired, but not a deal breaker if you are a positive leader!
